    We ship frozen orders out Mon-Thurs in order of shipping radius. Our shipping facility is in Tulsa, OK. Orders that have a 4 day transit time ship out first on Mondays, followed by orders that have a transit time of 3 days on Tuesday/Wednesday, and orders with a transit of 1 to 2 days are shipped on Wednesday/Thursday. Orders are delivered between Thursday-Saturday.

    Rosco food

    Rosco loves his food. I am give him a mixed diet kibbles and raw. Cost is driving factor for doing this. I try to feed him approximately 1400 calories per day. He was over weight 140 lbs. he is down some looks better and more active. Follow his diet only feed recommended foods. Overall objective is to get rid of yeast problems. Better but still having issues. I hoped things would be better by now. He has been on program 3 or 4 months.

    Food is always great - but the auto ship system is very flawed!

    I want to preface this by saying the food always comes in great condition. When I open the package, there is still a little bit of dry ice still frozen and the food itself looks great. I love the packaging with all the insulation around the food.

    However, the auto ship system is extremely frustrating. I have it set to “delivery every 2 weeks,” which would imply you get your delivery two weeks from your last order… But no. To them, this means the order gets PLACED 2 weeks after the last delivery. My dog goes through a box in exactly 2 weeks, so this is not acceptable for me. I don’t know why you’d word the delivery system this way when it is simply not true. If you get a delivery 2 weeks after the last one, then why is it not processing the order days prior?? It makes no sense. I am always having to go in and manually “Send Now” when I’m close to running out because the order gets placed on the day I run out of food. This completely takes away the convenience which is the entire reason for using auto ship in the first place. If it wasn’t for the auto ship discount, I wouldn’t use it at all. Buyers be aware that if you need your food in an exact amount of weeks, you can’t rely on auto ship to take care of that for you and you’ll likely have to go into your account and send your order early every time. Rawpetfood.com - this issue needs a serious overhaul! Pet parents can’t rely on you for food when your system makes it impossible.

    Tasty Turkey

    This is the first time that we tried the frozen raw turkey bricks. They are a softer protein source than the beef bricks. Our dog is very excited for her raw food meal. In the evening, we smash the serving on a licky mat. Another great product.
