    We ship frozen orders out Mon-Thurs in order of shipping radius. Our shipping facility is in Tulsa, OK. Orders that have a 4 day transit time ship out first on Mondays, followed by orders that have a transit time of 3 days on Tuesday/Wednesday, and orders with a transit of 1 to 2 days are shipped on Wednesday/Thursday. Orders are delivered between Thursday-Saturday.

    My Pup Loves This Food!

    I have a very picky eater and this has been one of only 2 foods she will consistently eat. I don't feed her this one exclusively, but she does get it daily and has been for a couple of months. She's still loving it! Her coat is nice and shiny and she is very happy and healthy. Thanks Steve!!

    Best raw I've found at far

    My dog has an autoimmune disorder. I've tried other raw brands but he didn't seem to take to them well. He loves this food and his system seems to be reacting well to it.

    Excellent raw food and Delivery

    I have been ordering from you all throughout the hot East Coast summer and my food has always arrived perfectly frozen. Some of the patties were stuck together, but nothing impossible to separate. But I must compliment you- my last 2 box order arrived perfectly!     Fast shipping and Cold!

    Great raw food!

    Steve's raw is very convenient, properly balanced nutrition, and fair in the cost. I have two of my pack of five with protein allergies and the Turkey works well for all.
    My only suggestion would be making sure the patties freeze and are not frozen together. Separating them if frozen together is very difficult to get the proper portion. I would also love to see the option for duck as a single protein.
    Love this product, my pack is thrilled to eat and I recommend Steve's to friends and family!
