We ship frozen orders out Mon-Thurs in order of shipping radius. Our shipping facility is in Tulsa, OK. Orders that have a 4 day transit time ship out first on Mondays, followed by orders that have a transit time of 3 days on Tuesday/Wednesday, and orders with a transit of 1 to 2 days are shipped on Wednesday/Thursday. Orders are delivered between Thursday-Saturday.

I have been using your dog food for over three years. I started because our 10 year old corgi was having allergy issues, she was having increasing age related issues and was aging fast. I truly thought she had about 6 more months left. We started her (and our other corgi) on your food after researching many brands. We had always fed them what we thought was high end, expensive, good quality food. The change in our dogs was truly unbelievable! Our old dog's (Ebby) health improved astronomically! Your food has been such a blessing to our four legged family. Our old corgi just turned 13 and she runs around the house and farm, riding in the side-by-side just enjoying life. Her allergies are completely controlled, her teeth improved, her body condition improved, etc. Our vet even comments about how awesome she looks for 13 years old. I've been feeding Steve's for 10 years or so and my dogs are thriving on it. I tried the beef patties, but found the nuggets so much easier to serve. The customer service is top notch and although I live in Florida, even in the sweltering summer, the food has never melted in it's excellent packaging. Also, I appreciate that they are no longer using styrofoam for insulation.
