We ship frozen orders out Mon-Thurs in order of shipping radius. Our shipping facility is in Tulsa, OK. Orders that have a 4 day transit time ship out first on Mondays, followed by orders that have a transit time of 3 days on Tuesday/Wednesday, and orders with a transit of 1 to 2 days are shipped on Wednesday/Thursday. Orders are delivered between Thursday-Saturday.

One box was delivered on Saturday as scheduled and the other box was misplaced and didn't arrive until late Monday afternoon. For 2 days FedEx could not give location of the 2nd box; it arrived and the food was still cool but in not very good condition. I'm not a big fan of receiving 2 boxes of food instead of the 1 box with four 5 lbs packages inside. If there is another problem with FedEx like this one in the future will find another raw pet food supplier.

We have fed our dogs Steve’s raw nuggets for 8 or 9 yrs…. That says something! Our 11 yr old has always been perfect weight and healthy. Our 4 yr old is the same. I am a dedicated buyer, because our dogs love the food and do so well on it.
